FEDERICO PACQUING has had an eclectic and erratic life. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he has briefed Presidents, dined with celebrities, managed millions – and has been homeless on Los Angeles’ Venice Beach. His work on Top Secret/SCI projects within the US government has given him a unique insight to both what’s possible and probable in our world. A man a faith, Mr. Pacquing believes he has been called by God to “give hope to the hopeless”. Leveraging his finance company, Pacquing Financial, his mission is to help millions worldwide. Through the SEEDCITIES and other programs, this help focuses initially on individuals who have experienced a high level of trauma including victims of domestic violence, foster kids, the global poor and destitute, Victims of Human Trafficking, and of course…Veterans with PTSD.
